At YETI, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in new, sellable condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
